Twitter goes through changes

Twitter has just bought the company and the application TweetDeck, and things can only get better for Twits everywhere. But it seems that Twitter is having a serious case of the "hide the ads in plain sight" virus. And it is so clever. The ads are so well hidden, most people don't know they are ads. That's due to the HTML view mode, most folks never bother to check it, but there is it - in the code of the tweets can be seen "class = promo". And Twitter gets around the nofollow rule since tha respective ad appears only in the timeline of logged in users. When logged out, there are no ads to be seen. Pretty cool, we think. A case of hiding ads in plain sight. Now if only Twitter will get rid of the stupid background flat colors and let folks ad their own images with links and ads and promos. Or is this to only be added to a "pay for" future version of Twitter? Time will tell, as the Tweet-meister rings in the changes.
